Is franchising life-giving or life-taking?

Almost without exception life-taking.

Those that win financially, lose a big part of what it means to be human.

Their silence indicts and then condemns them.

Never heard the saying: money frequently costs too much?

There are an awful lot of people in the franchising industry or that are associated with it that know exactly how sick it is. The vast majority are very quiet.

I’m not sure that having money makes you an asshole because there are an awful lot without it – and an awful lot more to come.

The cost of doing franchising business will escalate as more and more get the hang oif googling. How smart are people that allow the sick reputation of franchising to increasingly destroy the value of their business?

Welcome to Franchise Land where everyone is a sucker ….
    …. except the lawyers.

Ray! –You sound discouraged and I know the feeling! But! you do good work on Blue Mau Mau because you try to educate both the franchisees and the franchisors and have a graduate degree in experience that enables you to see how inadequate and dishonest regulation hurts both the franchisee and the franchisor — in the long run.

Just suppose CNBC or CBS or some big news network decides to tell the truth about “CHURNING” and ineffective and dishonest regulation to the public — and there is a growing knowledge of how exploitive this model of business has become over the past many years.

Just suppose increases its viewers by the thousands in the months and years to come. It’s sure going to be hard to sell franchises, isn’t it?

The attorneys can’t control everything –can they?
