Actually they pee down their pants and most franchisees don’t bother to look. If a franchisee response targets a considered effect rather than re-engineered whining or reactionary pokes then the fun begins.
Just as franchisees make mistakes; franchisors are more than capable of escalating the consequences of rolling mistakes.
